INDIANAPOLIS – The Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) announced Tuesday that exactly 100 men's and women's teams have been named recipients of the 2012-13 Team Academic All-GLVC Award, with Bellarmine placing seven of its 15 GLVC teams earning the recognition. The GLVC honors each team from member institutions that has maintained a 3.30 grade point average for the academic year. In the past two seasons, the GLVC has boasted record numbers as the recipient total has increased by 15 honorees each year. This season's total of 100 shatters the former conference record of 85 set last year, which had previously bested the mark of 70 recipients from 2010-11.

INDIANAPOLIS – The Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) announced Monday that exactly 2,000 student-athletes have garnered Academic All-GLVC honors for the 2012-13 season. After setting a new conference record with 1,680 honorees a year ago, the GLVC's member schools shattered the mark this season as representatives from the league's 18 sports met the Academic-All Conference criteria.
