INDIANA, Pa. -- The Bellarmine Knights field hockey team lost their season finale today 3-0 against Indiana University-Pennsylvania this afternoon at Miller Stadium.
Anouk Sickman delivered the first goal in the 14th minute from an assist by Caroline van Tulder. Jenna Humphreys slapped in two more goals in the 25th and 34th minute with assists from Anouk Sickman and Caroline van Tulder to round out the game.
Emily West,
Ellen West, and
Lauren Schmeing all had multiple shots as
Emily West took three and
Ellen West and Lauren Scheming each had two but could not covert.
Natalie Perry and
Christina Bowman each had one shot for the game.
Bellarmine was outshot 25-9 and IUP held a 13-7 advantage in penalty corners.
Katie Lange played the entire 70 minutes in goal of the game and recorded 13 saves.
Bellarmine finishes its season with a 9-10 record while IUP moves to 6-8.
