LOUISVILLE, KY. (Aug. 5, 2009)--The Bellarmine Dance Team held several tryouts over the spring and summer to prepare for the upcoming basketball season, and is pleased to announce its 2009-2010 roster.

Returning to the team as captain for the second year in a row is junior Lena Geary. Also returning to the team are junior Mercedes Nelson, and sophomores Jessica King and Suzanne Pottratz. The Knights are also adding 11 new freshmen.

The team saw a spike in both interest and talent this year, growing from eight members in 2008-2009 to 15 in 2009-2010. Team members include:
