INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (May 13, 2009)--The Great Lakes Valley Conference announced the All-Conference teams for outdoor track today, and Bellarmine's Jason Thornsberry received second team All-GLVC recognition.

Thornsberry, a senior from Louisville (Butler H.S.), was honored for his third place performance in the 3,000 meter steeplechase. The middle distance runner recorded the nation's 30th best time in the "steeple" (9:25.3), but that time narrowly missed the qualfication standard for competing in the national championship.
