CINCINNATI--Bellarmine University sent a team of eight women to compete at the Queen City Invitational cross country meet in Cincinnati, and the team of five freshmen and three juniors brought home a sixth place finish in the field of 10.

The Knights were led by Lindsay Boyce, who ran the five kilometers in 20:08 to secure a top 20 finish.  

Xavier won the team competition, while Cincinnati was runner up.
