EVANSVILLE, Ind.--The Bellarmine University women's golf team posted a 36-hole team score of 664 to finish sixth in the 11-team field of the Screaming Eagle Golf Classic hosted by the University of Southern Indiana at Cambridge Golf Course on Sunday and Monday.  

Bellarmine was led by Sarah DuPlessis who posted rounds of 77 and 78 to finish in a tie for 6th at 155.  

The University of Indianapolis won the team event with a 623, and the Greyhounds' Lyndsay McBride took home medalist honors with a 148 (+4) total.

This was Bellarmine's second tournament of the year, having opened with a victory at Centre on Sept. 10.  Next up for the Knights is the Midwest Shootout on Sept. 26 and 27.  It will be played at the Annbriar Country Club in Waterloo, Ill.
