LOUISVILLE, Ky -- Juniors Ross Hopkins and Brad Barraclough were chosen by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) All-Midwest Region team for their spectacular performance last fall. 

Hopkins and Barraclough proved to be the one-two punch while leading the Knights last season in five of the six offensive categories. Hopkins scored in the top ten in the Great Lake Valley Conference in all offensive statistics while cracking the top five in three of them. Barraclough was reported in the Great Lakes Valley Conference top 10 in shots per game and goals while getting etched into the top three in shots per game.

These two standouts helped the Knights to a 2009 season record of 11-6-1 (6-3 GLVC) and semifinals in the Great Lakes Valley Conference Tournament, where they were knocked out by eventual conference champions Drury, for the second time in overtime, 3-2.
