LOUISVILLE, Ky.--The Bellarmine University men's tennis team blanked Illinois-Springfield 9-0 this afternoon at the Eddie Weber Tennis Complex on Bellarmine's campus.
With the win, Bellarmine improves to 4-2 overall. "The guys played really well in our first outdoor match," said Bellarmine Head Coach Todd Murphy. "Both freshmen in the lineup got wins today and our seniors played very well against a very solid UIS team. We have a goal as a team to keep improving and learning from each match and we feel we are doing that right now."
