LOUISVILLE, Ky.—Bellarmine University announced today that volleyball coach Dan Palmer has stepped down to pursue other professional interests. 

Palmer led the Knights volleyball program for nine seasons, compiling an overall record of 114-122.  This past season, Bellarmine enjoyed a record of 18-8 for a winning percentage of .692, third best in school history.

Bellarmine Director of Athletics Scott Wiegandt said a search would begin immediately to find a successor.
