LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The Bellarmine University volleyball team recently conducted a serve-a-thon fundraiser that helped benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Each player took time over two practices to serve 100 balls each. Each individual gained sponsors who could either make a per serve or flat-rate donation.

"The proceeds not only helped our program, but we were happy to give a portion to the Make-A-Wish Foundation," sophomore Jacquie Hornung said. "We are very thankful for all who donated and helped make this fundraiser successful."
