AUBURN, Al. – The Bellarmine University women's tennis team opened its spring schedule yesterday, falling in both matches of a doubleheader at Auburn University.
In the opening match, the Knights (4-2) dropped a 7-0 contest before falling 4-0 in the second contest at the Yarbrough Tennis Center.
Newly added freshman
Gracie Hurley made her collegiate debut, playing in singles and doubles in both matches.
Junior
Nikola Kollaritsch tallied the most points in a game for the Knights, earning three in the first set against No. 119 ranked Natalie Outcalt (6-3, 6-1).
Up next, Bellarmine will travel to Bowling Green, KY on January 15 for a dual at Western Kentucky.
