Do you have information regarding a potential or alleged NCAA violation to report?

All Bellarmine coaches, staff (athletics and non-athletics staff, including part-time and clerical staff), student-athletes, and boosters have an obligation, by NCAA rule, to report violations. The obligation to report supports Bellarmine’s commitment to institutional control and promoting an atmosphere of compliance.
If you have information about a potential or alleged NCAA violation occurring at Bellarmine, what should you do?
Step 1: The information report to Bellarmine administrators should include:

• Date and location of the alleged violation;
• Detailed summary of alleged violation, including names of people involved; and,
• Any other relevant information about the alleged violation.

Step 2: Report the potential or alleged NCAA violation to one or more of the following Bellarmine administrators:
