Brian Campbell joined the Bellarmine University baseball staff as a graduate assistant prior to the 2026 season.
Campbell was an assistant coach at IU Southeast in 2025 and helped lead the Grenadiers to a 32-18 record, including 17-6 in the River States Conference, and a berth in the NAIA Opening Round. He was in charge of the outfielders and assisted with the hitters, helping guide an offense that produced a .324 batting average and averaged 8.6 runs per game.
With Campbell on staff, IU Southeast saw two outfielders named to the RSC All-Conference Teams and had one recognized on the RSC Gold Glove Team.Â
Campbell served as the associate head coach at Vincennes University from 2021-24. In addition, he’s managed the Madisonville Miners of the Ohio Valley League multiple seasons, leading the college summer league team to their first-ever regular-season championship in 2024.
Campbell was a pitcher and infielder at Vincennes the first two seasons of his collegiate playing career and played his last two in Louisville at Spalding University, where he also obtained a bachelor's degree in education.
Cambell is a native of Sellersburg, Indiana, and attended high school at Silver Creek.
