BEFORE BELLARMINE: Attended high school at Wilsonville in Oregon as a junior and senior after attending West Linn as a freshman and sophomore…At Wilsonville, named two-time All-Conference and twice earned Scholar Athlete Award…Had a 100 percent stolen-base percentage…In his senior year, team went 27-0 in regular season and finished 29-1 overall and was the league champion and a state semifinalist…Also played football in high school and was on state championship teams in both baseball and football…Earned Oregon Spanish biliteracy seal and was member of Honor Roll and Spanish Honors Society…As a sophomore at West Linn, was member of state championship teams in baseball and football…Played travel ball for Baum Bat NW and NW Futures.
