Leann Kerr

Dr. Leann Kerr joined Bellarmine University in 2016 as an assistant professor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program, School of Movement and Rehabilitation Science.

She joined the Bellarmine softball staff in the 2019-20 season. A native of the Bluegrass region of Kentucky, Kerr played softball for Woodford County High School as the starting catcher, receiving MVP, Defense and Offense awards her junior and senior years. She continued her play as a student-athlete in the GLVC at the University of Indianapolis, playing four years for the Greyhounds as a catcher and designated hitter. She was a three-year letterwinner for the Hounds.  

Dr. Kerr’s knowledge of the sport and research in human performance has assisted her in providing instruction to student athletes at all levels of play. Â
