Mollie Paulick

After wrapping up her playing career at Eastern Kentucky University in the spring of 2021, Mollie Paulick joined the Bellarmine coaching staff in the fall of that same year.  Paulick was named interim head coach in the spring of 2022.

A native of Centerville, Ohio, Paulick excelled in the pitching circle and in the classroom at EKU.  She posted a career earned run average of 2.46 and amassed a 66-28 won-lost record while hurling 606 innings and registering 604 strikeouts.  As a student, Paulick picked up both graduate and baccalaureate degrees as she took advantage of a fifth playing season and academic year due to COVID.  She earned a master's in sports administration and a bachelor's degree in exercise sports science with coaching and psychology minors.

Her collegiate accolades include being named EKU's Female Athlete of the Year in 2020 and earning multiple All Ohio Valley Conference honors. Academically, she graduated with magna cum laude honors and was a dean's list recipient every semester.  

At Bellarmine, Paulick will assist with all phases of coaching the softball team along with taking on primary pitching coach responsibilities.
