Box Score LIBERTY, Mo.—The Bellarmine volleyball team dropped the opening set but rallied to win three straight to claim a 3-1 (24-26, 25-15, 25-18, 25-20) victory over William Jewell in a Great Lakes Valley Conference contest at the Mabee Center on Friday night.

Ashley Price adding 14 while hitting at a .400 clip. Setter
Kristen O'Toole tallied 52 assists on the night as Bellarmine improved to 18-9, 8-4 GLVC. With tonight's performance, Scott ran her streak of matches with 20+ kills to five.
Defensively, Bellarmine's
Karleigh Wilson came up with 25 digs for match-high honors while Scott also contributed four block assists and 11 digs.
William Jewell (11-17, 4-8 GLVC) got 12 kills from Maddie Wingert to lead the home squad while Meghan Tauke had seven block assists for the Cardinals.
As a team, the Knights totaled 61 kills and hit .172 while limiting WJC to 38 kills and an .056 hitting percentage.
The Knights return to action on Saturday when they visit No. 20 Rockhurst at 4 p.m. (3 p.m. CST).
