CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — In its final road dual of the season, Bellarmine fell to Chattanooga 32-8 on Friday night.

"The men fought hard tonight, but some positional decisions made the difference for them tonight," Knights Head Coach Ned Shuck said.  "They were the better team tonight."

Bellarmine (11-4, 3-4 SoCon) took an early lead over The Mocs (9-10, 6-2 SoCon) with a win at 125.  Jack Parker battled against Logan Ashton and came out on top thanks to a two-point takedown.  Parker's victory was his 22nd of the season.

Chattanooga proceeded to take a commanding leading with wins in the next eight bouts.  Cole Nance challenged Kamdyn Munro at 165 but fell by a final score of 8-5.

In the night's final match, freshman Thadd Huff earned his 14th fall of the season, pinning Nick Benton at the 2:01 mark.  Huff is now 21-8 this year.

"Nothing changes for us though," Shuck added.  "I'm still proud of our progress and am excited for our next opportunity. Go Knights!"

Bellarmine concludes its regular season on Thursday, Feb. 23 at home against Presbyterian.  BU will honor its seniors at Knights Hall prior to the dual.
