NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The severely shorthanded Bellarmine University women's tennis team was defeated 7-0 by Lipscomb in Atlantic Sun Conference play Friday at the Huston-Marsh-Griffith Tennis Center.

Lipscomb improved to 14-5 overall and 6-3 in the ASUN, while Bellarmine dropped to 9-16 overall and 1-8 in the league.

Bellarmine will conclude ASUN play, and the season, at noon (ET) Sunday at North Alabama.
