RICHMOND, Ky. – The Bellarmine women's golf team stays in-state for their second straight event, and their final action before the ASUN Championship on April 13.

About the Knights: Stewart, Webb and Ackerman have started all seven tournaments during the 2024-25 season. Rooke has been either the best or second-best finisher for the Knights in all six events in which she has played. Rooke is also averaging finishes of plus-5. Rooke (71) and Webb (72) shot the best rounds of the season for Bellarmine at Butler. Buchanan's plus-17 finish at Nevel Meade was her best in four career events. At Nevel Meade, Davis, playing as an individual, posted an event-best 11-stroke improvement between rounds.

Last Time Out: The Knights placed third out of six teams at the Nevel Meade Collegiate at plus-55 after carding rounds of 315 and 316. Rooke placed fourth in the field of 38 players at plus-8 after rounds of 75 and 77. Rooke, Webb and Buchanan each holed three birdies.
Last Time at Event: Last April, the Knights placed 13
th out of 15 at the Colonel, though the event was played at Gibson Bay Golf Course. The event was scheduled for 54 holes, but was shorted to 36 holes after severe weather washed out the third round.
Alaina Schmitt was the top finisher for the Knights, tying for 26
th out of 90 players at plus-9. Schmitt and
Josephine Bonin each shot a team-low 74 in the second round. Spalding (T-62
nd), Webb (T-62
nd) and Stewart (individual, T-78
th) also participated.
