JACKSONVILLE, Fl. -- Bellarmine's
Makenzie Cowburn has been named as the ASUN Conference's Pitcher of the Week, announced Monday by the league office.
The Andover, NY native controlled the pace in the circle for Bellarmine last week where she racked up three wins for the Knights, leading to an ASUN series win over Lipscomb. Cowburn threw 15.2 innings across four games, allowing just five runs (four earned) for a 1.79 earned run average.
