HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. — The Bellarmine University women's soccer team dropped a 2-0 decision to Northern Kentucky on Thursday night at NKU Soccer Stadium.
Natalie Newman scored a pair of second-half goals for Northern Kentucky (4-0), finding the net in the 54th and 81st minutes against the Knights (0-2-1).
Northern Kentucky held a 16-5 advantage in shots, including 5-3 on frame. All three of Bellarmine's shots on goal came in the first 10 minutes of the second half.
Bellarmine will play at 7 p.m. (ET) Thursday, Sept. 3, at IU Indy.
