BEFORE BELLARMINE: Attended high school at St. Xavier in Kentucky…Named to KTCCCA All-Area Senior Team his senior year in cross country and placed top 5 in Class 3A, Region 3 meet as a junior…Was the Class 3A, Region 3 track and field runner-up in 3200 his senior season…Team captured Class 3A state cross country championship his freshman and senior years and Class 3A state track and field championships his sophomore and senior seasons…Team swept Class 3A, Region 3 cross country championships his four years and secured Class 3A, Region 3 track and field titles his sophomore and senior seasons…Recognized as Academic All-State in cross country as a junior and senior and in track and field as a senior…Graduated in top 5 percent of class and acknowledged on Honor Roll all four years while posting 3.93 unweighted GPA and 5.21 weighted GPA…Member of National Honor Society.
