Conor Mullaney joined the Bellarmine University athletic department in December 2023 as an Assistant Director of Athletic Communications.
In the role, Mullaney will serve as the primary contact for the softball, volleyball and wrestling teams as well as assist with all additional Knights teams.
Mullaney came to Bellarmine following two seasons with the Louisville Bats, the Triple-A affiliate of Major League Baseball’s Cincinnati Reds. There, he led the club’s media and public relations efforts.
Prior to his time with the Bats, Mullaney served as a Sports Information intern for the University of Louisville athletics department where he assisted in the efforts for all of Louisville’s athletic programs, especially with the baseball, volleyball and women’s lacrosse teams.
A Louisville native, Mullaney recently earned his master’s in Sports Administration at the University of Louisville where he served as an intern in the athletic department for sports information for nearly three years. Prior to his time at Louisville, he earned his degree in Sport Management at Morehead State University and is a graduate of Trinity High School.
He and wife, Megan, also a Louisville native, married in May of 2023.
