Former Knights women's basketball player Mia Beam is a graduate assistant in game management at Bellarmine University for the 2025-2026 academic year. In this role, Beam supports the athletic department with game-day operations and event coordination, helping to ensure a smooth experience for both teams and fans.
Beam played collegiate basketball at both Cornell University and Bellarmine, balancing athletics with academics. Beam earned a bachelor of science degree from Cornell University, concentrating in biology and society, and graduated with multiple Dean’s List honors.
Currently, Beam is her second year of the MBA program at Bellarmine.
Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Beam brings a strong commitment to the local sports community alongside a diverse educational and athletic background.
