Annie Coryell is the Associate AD for Compliance at Bellarmine University, joining the school in July of 2018. In this role, she oversees all aspects of NCAA compliance  and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the compliance department, serving all 22 teams and 400 student-athletes. She is also the sport administrator for men’s and women’ cross country, men’s and women’s track, and men’s and women’s golf and serves as a member of the department’s senior staff.

A native of South Bend, Indiana, Coryell holds an undergraduate degree from Purdue University.

Upon her graduation from Purdue, Coryell served as a public and media relations intern for the New York Jets. Following her stint with the Jets, she joined the Boomer Esiason Foundation as the communications coordinator before transitioning to the field of athletics compliance with a graduate assistant position at West Virginia University, where she also earned her master’s degree in sport management.

Following her tenure at WVU, Coryell served in NCAA compliance positions at Western Illinois, Dartmouth College, and Lewis University before joining Bellarmine.

Annie and her husband, Todd, live in Louisville. They have two children, Brooks and Mora.Â
