Jenni Grzebin became the 10th head coach in the history of the Bellarmine University volleyball program in July of 2013.

She will enter her ninth season in the fall of 2021.

Bellarmine competed in its first season in Division I and the ASUN Conference in the spring of 2021. Prior to that, Grzebin compiled a 119-92 record in seven seasons with Bellarmine in Division II. After rebuilding the program over the first few years of her tenure, Grzebin led the Knights to an 82-42 mark over the last four years in DII and a 34-17 ledger in Great Lakes Valley Conference play over the final three. She was named GLVC Coach of the Year in 2017 and led the Knights to their first-ever appearance in the DII NCAA Tournament that same season.

Both of the program's DII Americans were produced under Grzebin (Jordyn Kuchenbrod in 2016, 2017 and 2018; Margaret Horihan in 2017). In addition, Kuchenbrod was a three-time GLVC Libero of the Year (2016-18) as was Jaclyn Ohlmann in 2013, and Grzebin also shepherded two GLVC Freshman of the Year (Abbie Oetting in 2017; Jayme Scott in 2019). Scott was recognized as the Midwest Region Freshman of the Year by the American Volleyball Coaches Association as well. Grzebin's players tallied 14 All-GLVC awards and seven All-Midwest Region laurels before the DI transition.

Bellarmine recorded its third straight campaign of at least 20 wins in 2019 after the Knights went 20-11. Bellarmine also registered its third consecutive season of double-digit conference wins after going 10-5 in GLVC play. Scott was acknowledged as the GLVC Freshman of the Year and AVCA Midwest Region Freshman of the Year.

Bellarmine went 20-10 in 2018 and made program history with an 11-match winning streak. The Knights posted their first back-to-back 20-win seasons since 1979 and 1980 while recording consecutive 10-win campaigns in the GLVC for the first time ever after finishing 11-7 in league play. Bellarmine delivered 3-1 victories over No. 15 Lewis and No. 8 Drury during the regular season. Kuchenbrod became both a three-time All-American and a three-time GLVC Libero of the Year while finishing her career fifth on the NCAA DII all-time digs list with 2,921.

The 2017 season marked a landmark campaign for Bellarmine. The Knights earned their first-ever berth in the DII NCAA Tournament after setting a program record for winning percentage (71.9) and tying the program record for GLVC victories (13). Bellarmine finished the year 23-9 overall, including an electrifying 3-2 win over top-ranked Lewis on Oct. 21. The Knights were showered with GLVC individual awards: Kuchenbrod was named Libero of the Year, Oetting was selected as Freshman of the Year and Grzebin was voted Coach of the Year. In addition, both Kuchenbrod and Horihan reaped All-America plaudits.

In 2016, Grzebin guided Bellarmine to 19 victories, the program's most since 1998. Kuchenbrod was a unanimous selection as the GLVC's Libero of the Year and became the program's first All-American.

In her first season at Bellarmine, Grzebin led Bellarmine to 15 wins and a berth in the GLVC Tournament. That same season, Ohlmann was honored as the conference's Libero of the Year.

A native of Oxford, Ohio, Grzebin was a standout right-side hitter for the Xavier Musketeers as a collegian and was named to the Atlantic 10 All-Tournament Team in both her junior and senior seasons. Also a solid backline player, Grzebin was a team captain for Xavier during the 2007 season, which saw the Musketeers advance to the NCAA Tournament.

Following her graduation, Grzebin served a year as an assistant coach at the University of Toledo, where she worked in all phases of coaching including scouting, recruiting, academic advising and player skill development.

In 2009, she accepted a similar role with the University of Buffalo, where she served through the fall of 2012. In her four seasons at Buffalo, Grezbin served as recruiting coordinator and helped coach the Bulls to the first two Mid-American Conference Tournament quarterfinal appearances in school history. During her time in Buffalo, the Bulls had signature victories over high-major programs such as Boston College (ACC), St. John's (Big East), Seton Hall (Big East) and Syracuse (Big East).

Grzebin has served as a club volleyball coach in the Cincinnati area and for the Kentucky-Indiana Volleyball Academy. She has also coached at the Ohio Valley Volleyball Center's summer camps.

Grzebin has a husband, Steve, and they have two sons, Tommy and Jake.
