LEBANON, Tenn. — The first-year Bellarmine University wrestling team competed in its first-ever dual meet on Thursday at Cumberland University.
Five student-athletes competed for the Knights, who were defeated 52-0 by the 17th-ranked squad in NAIA.

Cole Tawney were involved in close matches for the Knights before falling 8-5 and 15-11, respectively.
Bellarmine competes Saturday in the Campbellsville (Ky.) Duals.
