LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The Bellarmine University men's tennis team closed the season with a 0-7 loss to Illinois Springfield on Saturday in Great Lakes Valley Conference at the Eddie Weber Tennis Complex.
Bellarmine (4-13, 0-5 GLVC) did win at No. 1 doubles as freshman
Caleb Buckman and sophomore
Evan Bottorff defeated Sam Clarke and Tommy Martinez 6-4, but UIS (13-4, 3-2) secured the point as the Prairie Stars won at Nos. 2 and 3.
Illinois Springfield followed by sweeping the singles contests.
