LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Eastern Kentucky posted a 3-0 victory over the Bellarmine University volleyball team in ASUN action Wednesday evening in Knights Hall.
The Colonels (20-7, 10-5 ASUN) won by scores of 25-17, 25-21, 25-16 over the Knights (9-18, 7-8), who were playing in their home finale.
Senior
Bailey Venard led Bellarmine with a match-high 12 kills, senior
MaryAnn O'Toole notched 11 and freshman
Maddie Hagan collected 10. Senior
Macie Garrison registered 19 assists and sophomore
Kylie VanHoy had 18, while senior
Anna Lococo supplied 10 digs.
Five players accumulated six or more kills for Eastern Kentucky, which hit .434 to the .278 of Bellarmine. The Colonels also had seven service aces.
Bellarmine will conclude the regular season at 3 p.m. (ET) Saturday at Kennesaw State.
