BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — The Bellarmine University women's basketball team's Division I-era program-record six-game winning streak was snapped Sunday in Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall, as Indiana defeated the Knights 95-61.
Senior forward
Skylar Treadwell hit 6-of-8 shots in scoring 14 points with eight rebounds for Bellarmine (9-3), which faced its second opponent from the Big Ten this season after playing Nov. 18 at Purdue. Junior guard

Hayley Harrison chipped in 10, five rebounds and three steals.
Indiana (8-3) built a 54-30 lead at halftime behind a highly efficient offense that shot 67.7 percent (21-for-31) in the first half, including 6-for-12 from 3-point land. The long-range shooting was complemented by 26 points in the paint over the first two quarters as the Hoosiers exploited a significant size advantage.
Seven different players scored in double figures for Indiana. The Hoosiers wound up shooting 56.1 percent for the game while sinking 10 3-pointers and amassing 27 assists.
Freshman forward
Rachel Shropshire's first career points came on a 3-pointer for Bellarmine. She also sank three throws, grabbed three rebounds and blocked her first career shot.
Bellarmine will play at 2 p.m. (ET) Saturday at Saint Louis.
