LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The Bellarmine University dance team has once again earned a bid to the National Dance Alliance (NDA) College Nationals. Additionally, senior captain
Shelby Delk earned Collegiate All-American honors at the event.
The Knights qualified by placing third in the D1 Team Routine Division during the NDA College Camp at the University of Louisville July 27-29.
"I am thrilled with the team's performances and how they represented Bellarmine during NDA Camp," said head dance team coach
Alex English Emerich. "With last year's roster fully returning, the additional freshmen have really stepped it up creating a very competitive team. I'm excited to see what all this team is able to accomplish this season, especially after what they brought to the table throughout camp."
The Nationals will be held in Daytona Beach, Fla., April 9-13, 2025. The 2025 trip will be the Knights' second straight trip to the event and their third in four seasons since reclassifying to Division I.
Bellarmine won at the Nationals in 2015 and 2019 as Division II members.
