JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Bellarmine University senior
Zander Hooten was named the men's ASUN Track Performer of the Week, the league announced Wednesday.
Hooten twice bested his previous indoor program record in the 60m hurdles at the Rod McCravy Memorial at the Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center.
Hooten's semifinal performance of 7.99 stands as the new program record. His 8.04 in the finals — good for fourth in the event — also topped his previous record of 8.06.
A native of Greenwood, Indiana, Hooten is ranked first in the ASUN in the event.
