Erin Schneidtmiller

Erin Schneidtmiller joined the Bellarmine staff in August of 2022 after previously serving as an assistant coach at her alma mater Louisville.

In 2022, Schneidtmiller's first at Bellarmine, Amber Hofenk Jerembo became the program's first-ever first-team All-MAC selection.
 
In her three seasons as an assistant at Louisville, Schneidtmiller helped guide the Cardinals to 43 wins and an NCAA Final Four (2020-21) along with an additional quarterfinal appearance (2019).
 
In 2020-21 Schneidtmiller helped guide the Cardinals to several historic achievements. The Cardinals finished the 2020-21 season with a 14-6 overall record, ranked No. 3 in the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) coaches poll and reached the program's first NCAA Final Four.

Schneidtmiller joined the Louisville coaching staff after three seasons as an assistant coach at American University. During her time there, she helped direct the Eagles to 39 wins, two Patriot League finals and the 2016 league championship followed by an NCAA Tournament appearance.
    
Prior to her stint at American, Schneidtmiller worked with the field hockey team at her high school alma mater, Louisville's Mercy Academy, and coached with Bluegrass Elite field hockey club. After graduating from Louisville in 2014, she continued her playing career in Bremen, Germany, with the Bremer Hockey Club.
    
A four-year letter winner with the Cardinals, Schneidtmiller earned first-team All-Big East and All-West Region accolades in her senior campaign. That year, she ranked third on the team with nine goals and 21 points, helping lead Louisville to a 15-5 overall record and a share of the Big East regular-season title. The three-time All-Big East Conference academic selection graduated from U of L in May 2014 with a bachelor's degree in communications.
