CSC Academic All-District honoree…named ASUN Setter of the Week twice (Sep. 16, Oct.21)…ASUN Honor Roll recipient...in her first season as Bellarmine’s primary setter, led the team in assists (813) and assists per set (8.93)…her 8.93 assists per game ranked fourth in the ASUN…ranked tied for third in aces (21), fourth in blocks (23.0) and digs per set (2.16), fifth in digs (197) and sixth in kills (103)…played in 91 sets across 25 matches on the season…tallied double-digit assists in 23 of 25 matches…recorded 20+ assists in 22 matches, 30+ in 16 matches and 40+ in nine matches…tallied double-digit digs eight times on the season…turned in eight double-doubles, second most on the team…recorded a double-double in each of the first two matches of the season…tallied a career-high 48 assists in the final match of the season on Nov. 16 vs Central Arkansas…registered a career-high 19 digs on Oct. 18 at West Georgia…turned in a season-high eight kills on Sep. 20 at Butler…recorded multiple aces five times and multiple blocks five times on the season…tallied a season-high three aces on Aug. 31 at Illinois State…amassed a season-high five blocks on Oct. 6 at North Alabama

2023 – Sophomore
Academic All-ASUN Team…ASUN Honor Roll recipient…ranked second on the team in kills (186), kills per set (2.04), assists (326), assists per set (3.58), blocks (tied, 35.0) and points (220.0)…added 129 digs and 14 aces to her stat line…turned in the team’s individual game high in attack percentage (.611, 12-1-18) on Oct. 6 at Austin Peay, kills (21) on Sept. 29 vs. Central Arkansas and points (23.5) on Sept. 29 vs. Central Arkansas…made 24 starts in 27 match appearances and played in 91 sets…recorded double-digit kills six times…recorded a triple-double on Oct. 6 against Austin Peay (12k, 22a, 12d) amassed seven coming as a double-double…tallied double-digit assists in 15 matches including a stretch of 11 matches in a row from Sept. 23 to Oct. 28…recorded 20+ assists eight times…racked up a season-high 27 assists in back-to-back matches Sept. 23 and Sept. 29…turned in a season-high 15 digs on Oct. 14 against North Florida…tallied a season-high five blocks on Sept. 23 against Queens

2022 - Freshman
ASUN Honor Roll recipient...As a freshman, ranked second on team in total kills (190), total points (218) and total blocks (40), was third in blocks per set (0.42) and fourth in points per set (2.29), kills per set (2.00) and total assists (73)…Collected 107 digs and seven service aces…Appeared in all 28 matches and played in 95 sets…Notched two double-doubles on the season, with season highs of 37 assists and 17 digs Sept. 17 against Southern Illinois and a season-best 17 kills and 10 digs Oct. 7 against Liberty…Also fired season-high four service aces against Liberty, an amount which tied the team’s individual season high…Cracked double-digit kills on six occasions and double-digit digs on three…Registered two blocks or more in 11 matches, including five with at least three blocks…Racked up season-high five blocks Oct. 23 against Eastern Kentucky and preceded it with four against the Colonels on Oct. 21.

BEFORE BELLARMINE
Playing for Loogootee High School and Evansville United Volleyball Academy, VanHoy was named to the AVCA All-American watch list as well as being named First Team on the AVCA’s “Best and Brightest” squad.  She picked up a Max Preps/AVCA Player of the Week in Indiana in 2021 and was an Indiana Junior All-Star the year before.  VanHoy was named All-Blue Chip Conference and All South A District four times and helped lead her team to the Class A state finals in 2020.  She also was a member of the IHSVCA Academic All-State team and garnered three 1A All State First Team honors.
