Sarah Galvin registered her second double-double of the season and a career-high 12 rebounds in the loss.

After a blistering 6-for-8 start by Indianapolis, in which the Greyhounds (21-7, 10-7 GLVC) took a 16-10 lead, Bellarmine responded. The Knights (13-12, 9-8 GLVC) hit four straight shots and took a 21-19 lead over the home side with 11:15 to play in the first half.
Both sides of the ball were hot the rest of the half. After going 2-for-7 over the opening 4:11, the Knights hit 10 of their next 13 shots, and finished the period 13-for-26 (50.0 percent) from the field, 2-for-6 (33.3 percent) from three, and 10-for-14 (71.4 percent) from the free-throw line.
However, despite Bellarmine's hot streak, the two teams traded the lead six times and sat deadlocked seven separate times in the first 20 minutes of play. Indianapolis shot 13-for-24 (54.2 percent) from the floor and responded to each of the Knights first-half pushes. Indianapolis finished the half on a 6-2 run and the Knights went to the locker room trailing by three, 38-41.
The second half proved to be far less kind to Bellarmine. The Knights started 1-for-11 from the field and the Greyhounds went on a 10-0 run to open the period, expanding their advantage to 13, 51-38. The Knights pulled within seven points, 69-76, with just under two minutes to play after a 5-0 BU run, but the comeback was not to be, as Bellarmine fell 70-85 in Indianapolis.
Bellarmine's struggled through the second half, shooting 7-for-36 (19.4 percent) from the floor. For the game, the Knights finished 20-for-62 (32.3 percent) from the floor, 3-for-18 (16.7 percent) from behind the arc, and 27-for-40 from the free-throw line. Indianapolis shot 26-for-52 (50.0 percent), 6-for-17 (35.3 percent) from three, and 27-for-33 (81.8 percent) from the stripe.
Bellarmine finished with a 42-32 edge on the boards, dished 11 assists, had 13 turnovers, and two steals. Indianapolis had 18 assists, 12 turnovers, eight blocks, and five steals.
Galvin scored a team-high 16 points as part of her double-double. Junior forward
Morgan Clemons scored 11 points with nine rebounds, freshman guard
Destony Curry also scored 11 points for her third-straight double-figure scoring game. Sophomore guard
Mackenzie Martinez had 10.
For Indianapolis, junior guard Kelly Walter scored 20 points and senior guard Erin Murphy had 13 points, six assists, four rebounds, a steal and a block. Three others Greyhounds also scored in double-figures.
Bellarmine will head to Southern Indiana in the season finale on Thursday, Feb. 27 with a 5:15 (CST) tipoff.
