LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Following the conclusion of the ASUN Championship, the league announced that Bellarmine University men's soccer senior midfielder
Micah Linscott and sophomore defender
Brock Pope made the All-Tournament Team.
Bellarmine advanced to the semifinals after a 2-1 victory over FGCU. Linscott registered the game-winning goal and Pope assisted on the play.
Linscott finished the season with four goals and one assist. His score in the ASUN semifinals propelled him into the program's top 10 for career goals with 30. Linscott is a three-time All-Conference selection and was a D2 All-American in 2019.
The ASUN Tournament was just another example of how dangerous Pope was on set pieces for Bellarmine. He tied for third on the team in goals with three. The transfer worked his way through injury this season to log 13 starts and 1,164 minutes on the back line.
