NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The visiting Bellarmine University men's tennis team opened its first season in ASUN action with a 2-5 loss to Lipscomb on Saturday.
Freshman
Paul Reynolds overcame a first-set loss to defeat Maksim Bogdanovich in a tiebreaker at No. 3 singles for Bellarmine (3-14, 0-1 ASUN), while senior
Ian Deiters bested Carlos Salas-Tulla in straight sets at No. 5.
Lipscomb improved to 5-4 overall and 1-0 in the ASUN.
Bellarmine plays Sunday at North Alabama.
