LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Bellarmine swimming is back in action this weekend, as the Knights are set to compete in the Ohio Invitational hosted by Ohio University.
The men's and women's team will compete against the University of Findlay and Wingate University – the women will also battle Ohio in the pool.
 
The first session will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while Saturday's action begins at 10:00 a.m.
 
This weekend marks Bellarmine's third event this season after competing in the Butler Double Dual to open the year and a double dual at Saint Louis University two weeks ago.
 
Last Time Out (Saint Louis Double Dual – October 1^st)

The men's and women's team faced off against Saint Louis University and the University of Missouri – Saint Louis (UMSL). 
 
Bellarmine's men's squad fell 162-61 to UMSL and 148-71 to SLU.  The women's team lost its duals 141-69 to UMSL and 174-52 to SLU.
 
Notable finishes for the women's team included:
-Lauren Diercks, Morgan Bender, Anna Holt, and Liz Stevenson - 3^rd place in the 200 medley relay
-Lauren Diercks – 1^st place in the 100 backstroke (59.28), 3^rd place in the 200 IM (2:14.45)
-Anna Holt – 3^rd place in the 100 butterfly (1:01.12), 5^th place in the 500 freestyle (5:29.69)
-Luiza Bonardi – 3^rd place in the 1000 freestyle (10:58.68)
-Morgan Bender – 5^th place in the 100 breaststroke (1:10.21)
-Johnnise Garcia – 6^th place in the 1000 freestyle (11:40.27)
-Liz Stevenson – 6^th place in the 50 freestyle (25:43)

-Blake Whiteley, Andrew Nguyen, Jacob Dray, and Will O'Connor - 2^nd place in the 200 medley relay (1:35.34)
-Logan Jackson, Blake Whiteley, Cason Henderson, and Keegan Henderson - 3^rd place in the 400 freestyle relay (3:15.34)
-Jacob Dray – 2^nd place in the 100 butterfly (51.24)
-Will O'Connor – 3^rd place in the 50 freestyle (21.78), 5^th place in the 100 freestyle (49.43)
-John Paul Metzner – 3^rd place in the 100 butterfly (52.06)
-Blake Whiteley – 4^th place in the 100 backstroke (53.95)
-Liam Connelly – 4^th place in the 1000 freestyle (10:13.10)
-Sam Jones – 4^th place in the 200 freestyle (1:47.05), 5^th place in the 500 freestyle (4:50.41)
-Cason Henderson – 5^th place in the 200 freestyle (1:48.05)
