LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Liberty bested the Bellarmine University men's tennis team 6-1 on Friday in ASUN action at the Eddie Weber Tennis Complex.
Freshman
Jack Batchelor defeated Rafael Maques Da Silva 7-5, 6-4 at No. 2 singles for Bellarmine (5-13, 1-5 ASUN). The victory marked Batchelor's team-high 16th singles win of the season.

Cole Groetsch were leading 4-3 at No. 1 doubles, but Liberty (8-9, 4-2) clinched the point after capturing Nos. 2 and 3. Junior
Emil B. Berglund's match at No. 3 singles with Thando Longwe-Smith was tight before the Flames' player notched a 6-4, 7-5 win.
Bellarmine will host Stetson at 2 p.m. (ET) Thursday.
