OWENS CROSS ROADS, Ala. – Bellarmine senior
Piper Davis put together three solid rounds this weekend at The Robbie to give her two straight strong performances to close out the fall season.

The senior carded an even-par 72 in the final round Sunday afternoon, overcoming cold and windy conditions to lift her into a tie for 17th overall in the event's 62-player field. Her +8 overall score marks a new career best, passing the +13 she posted at the Knights' last event, the Charles Braun Jr. Intercollegiate when she also earned her best career placement, tying for 14th in a field of 68.

Additionally, Davis' round of 72 marked the lowest score in her 55 career rounds, besting the 73 (+3) she posted in the third round of the 2023 Butler Fall Invitational in 2023. Davis holed eight birdies over three rounds, including four in Sunday's final round.

Overall, the Knights placed ninth out of 10 teams in the event at +96. Georgia took the team medal at -3, nine strokes better than host Lipscomb. The Bulldogs' Maria Garcia earned medalist honors at -6, four strokes better than teammate Karoline Tuttle.
