JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Bellarmine University women's soccer team's
Anna Jenkins was recognized as the ASUN Goalkeeper of the Week for the second time this season, the league announced Tuesday.
In a challenging week at home in nonconference action, the redshirt freshman amassed a career-high nine saves in a 1-1 draw against Northern Kentucky and followed with five saves in a 2-1 victory over Indiana. Jenkins had previously been honored following an eight-save shutout against Miami (Ohio).
The win against the Hoosiers was Bellarmine's first-ever over a Power 4 program. The Norse were the Horizon League's 2024 runner-up in both the regular season and conference tournament.
The Knights moved to 3-0-1 after the week of play.
