MIDLAND, Mich. — Junior Maggie Walroth and sophomore Ashley Jonathan advanced to the semifinals in doubles play as four Bellarmine University women's tennis players competed in the ITA Tournament.

Fourth-seeded Walroth and Jonathan teamed to win three doubles matches defeating squads from Michigan Tech, Southern Indiana and Missouri-St. Louis before falling to Lewis' top-seeded duo.

Senior Marissa Kovach and sophomore Jennifer Skonieczny defeated a team from Davis & Elkins before falling to a third-seeded duo from Drury. Kovach also won her first-round singles match.

Walroth and Jonathan won two singles matches each in the consolation bracket, while Skonieczny claimed one victory in the consolation bracket.
