The Bellarmine University track and field teams had participants in the Bryan Clay Invitational and the Kennesaw State Invitational.

In the Bryan Clay Invitational, hosted by Azusa Pacific in California, Bellarmine's men set two new freshman program records.

Ryan Burchett shattered the 10000 freshman record after finishing in 31:02.98. Wil Stamm did as well after recording a 31:08.39. Dominic Perronie had held the previous record since 2012 when he posted a 31:42.27 at the Bellarmine Invitational.

Sophomore Nick Lewis also competed in the 10000, placing 11th in 30:53.22. Burchett was 19th and Stamm was 22nd.

Nolan Hester broke his own freshman program record in the 5000 after finishing in 14:29.89. Hester, who placed ninth in the event, had previously delivered a record-breaking 14:32.84 at the Lee Invitational. DK Schnieders, another freshman, was in that vicinity in another 5000 race after finishing in 14:46.29.

Anna Wells competed well in the women's 10000, placing 15th in 37:07.80.

At the Kennesaw State Invitational, hosted by Bellarmine's colleague in the ASUN, senior Lauren Masden delivered a pair of top 5s, placing fourth in the 1500 and fifth in the 800.

Freshman Chloe Freilinger and junior Katrina Kamarute placed eighth and 10th, respectively, in the 400. Kamarute (17th) and Freilinger (29th) were among three Knights who placed in the top half of the 200 field, with sophomore Avery Hedden pacing the group in 16th.

Also placing in the upper half of an event were sophomore Kendal Gibbons in the 400 hurdles (ninth), junior Jenna Walker in the 100 hurdles (11th) and freshman Lauren DeBold in the discus (13th).

On the men's side at Kennesaw State, freshman Luke Wunsch placed seventh in the discus. Seniors Will Esenbock and Jared Muncaster took ninth and 10th, respectively, in the hammer throw, while Esenbock also placed in the top half of the shot put in 14th.

Freshman Trevor Holbrook placed in the top half of the 400 in 15th.
