LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The Bellarmine University track and field teams competed Friday and Saturday at the Clark Wood Invitational hosted by the University of Louisville.

Sophomore Kendal Gibbons and junior Anna Wells both captured a third place, with Gibbons' coming in the 400 hurdles and Wells' occurring in the 5000.

Sophomore Justice Pohlman-Singleton placed fourth in the 3000.

On the men's side, freshman D.K. Schnieders finished third in the 3000. Freshman Ryan Burchett placed in the top half of the 5000 after finishing in 12th.

The meet marked the last of the regular season for the Knights, who will compete May 12-14 in the ASUN Outdoor Championship hosted by North Florida.
