LOUISVILLE, Ky.— Bellarmine University Wrestling Coach
Ned Shuck has announced that
Noah Hardy has joined his staff as a graduate assistant.
Hardy previously coached at Invicta Wrestling Club in New Albany, Ind. before joining the Bellarmine program.
"We are pumped to have Noah with us and continue to build our staff," Shuck said. "It was clear throughout the hiring process that Noah has a passion for coaching and a skill-set that is really going to compliment our staff and give our wrestlers the best experience here at Bellarmine. These hires are the foundational steps we need to take our program to the next level. Let's go Knights!"
Hardy is a McMurray, Pa. native and competed at Peters Township High School. He took his talents to Division III Concordia Wisconsin, where he wrestled in weight classes 165-197. With the Falcons, Hardy was a four-year letter winner, three-year starter, team captain his senior season, and was named to the honor roll twice.
"I am extremely grateful to be given this opportunity by Coach Shuck, and I am excited to help grow and develop Bellarmine Wrestling into an elite program," Hardy said. "I have been impressed with everyone at Bellarmine, and the support for the wrestling program is outstanding."
Hardy will assist with all facets of the program as the graduate assistant.
