GENEVA, Oh. — Bellarmine wrestler Keenan Wyatt earned the right to represent the United States on the international stage after winning the 87 kg Greco-Roman division at the 2026 U23 World Team Trials.

Competing for Knights RTC, Wyatt secured the championship by defeating Michael Altomer (NYAC) in the best-of-three finals series. Wyatt opened with a dominant 7-0 decision in the first match before edging Altomer 6-5 in the second bout to complete the sweep and claim the title.

As one of the 10 U23 Greco-Roman champions crowned at the event, Wyatt qualified to represent Team USA at the 2026 U23 Pan American Championships in Lima, Peru, later this month.
