LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The Bellarmine University women's basketball team will round out a three-game Atlantic Sun Conference homestand when the Knights host North Alabama at 6:30 p.m. (ET) Thursday in Freedom Hall before welcoming Central Arkansas for a 1 p.m. contest Saturday.

Homecoming will be celebrated on the weekend game against the Sugar Bears, along with the program's Alumnae Day. There will be special recognition of the 30th anniversary of the 1994 Division II Final Four team.

North Alabama (5-11, 1-2 ASUN) will be playing its first ASUN road game after its first three league contests were at home. The Lions bookended losses of 83-62 to Central Arkansas and 85-67 to Lipscomb around a 79-75 win over Austin Peay.

North Alabama's Alexis Callins ranks fourth in the ASUN in scoring (15.4) and is the league leader in 3-pointers made per game (2.8). She's had eight performances of 16 points or more. Sara Wohlgemuth tops the conference in assists (5.7). UNA's 33.4 3-point percentage leads the ASUN, and the Lions' 8.8 3-pointers made per game rank second.

Central Arkansas (11-5, 3-0), which plays Thursday at Eastern Kentucky, is tied with FGCU and Kennesaw State atop the ASUN standings. In addition to the aforementioned win over North Alabama, the Sugar Bears are coming off a home sweep of Lipscomb, 66-61, and Austin Peay, 56-55.

Kinley Fisher, who has come off the bench in all 16 games, ranks seventh in the ASUN in scoring (12.9), Jade Upshaw is 11th (11.8) and Randrea Wright is tied for 14th (11.4). Central Arkansas' defense tops the ASUN in opponent field goal percentage (35.5) while the offense is third in field goal percentage (42.6).

Bellarmine (5-10, 0-3) played one game last week, falling 79-66 to Eastern Kentucky on Saturday in Freedom Hall. A 21-8 deficit after the first quarter doomed the Knights, who eventually rallied from a 24-point hole to within single digits by the fourth period, but it was too late.

Senior guard Ashlee Harris came off the bench to score a career-high 18 points. Junior guard Hayley Harrison ranks fifth in the ASUN in scoring (14.3), her 55 free throws made are second in the league and her 77.5 free throw percentage is sixth.

Junior guard Hope Sivori is tied for second in the ASUN in assists (4.5), tied for fifth in steals (1.9) and tied for sixth in 3-pointers made (30). Senior guard Claire Knies supplied 10 points against Eastern Kentucky, her seventh time scoring in double figures this season.
