Men's golf comes up short against Morehead, EKU in rain-shortened Battle at Capitol Hill
 
PRATTVILLE, Ala. – The Bellarmine men's golf team fell short on Sunday against Morehead State and Eastern Kentucky in the Battle at Capitol Hill. The event was held at the rain-soaked Senator course of the RTJ Golf Trail at Capitol Hill.
 
The players were only able to complete 14 holes due to storms moving through the area.
 
Patrick Brooks was the low scorer for the Knights. He sat at two under when play was called. Bellarmine finished at 12 over par as a group.
 
EKU finished at nine under while Morehead State took the event at 15 under. Morehead's Blake Evans and EKU's Joe Benton each shot an event-best five under par.
