SAINT SIMONS ISLAND, Ga. – The Bellarmine men's golf team finished the weather-shortened Peoples Championship tied for 10^th place out of 22 teams at plus-13.
 
The event was originally scheduled for three rounds, Thursday through Saturday, but weather conditions dictated that the tournament be called without teams completing their third rounds.
 
Kash Albarado was the lowest-scoring Knight at plus-1, finishing in a four-way tie for 25^th. He shot an even-par 71 on Thursday and a 72 on Friday.
 
Frankie Morgan shot a team-low 69 (minus-2) on Thursday. HIs low round included three birdies and an eagle on the 388-yard par-4 seventh hole.
 
The Knights posted rounds of 288 and 292 on Thursday and Friday, respectively, before Saturday's rounds were canceled.
 
Davidson won the event at minus-21 while Drexel finished second at minus-8. Xavier was third at even par and every other team finished over par.
 
Wright State's Shane Ochs (minus-9) bested Davidson teammates Joshua Stewart and Will Davis by one stroke for the individual title. He shot rounds of 65 and 68.
